Every statutory deadline, and the provision it comes from

India’s nine employee-wellbeing statutes each carry their own filing dates, inquiry windows and action periods. This calendar collects them in one place, with the section reference against every entry so you can check it against the Act yourself.

This calendar is being built with our legal counsel, one statute at a time. It currently covers 1 of 9 statutes. We add a statute only once a qualified reviewer has signed off every date in it — so the gaps below are real gaps, not an oversight, and the page is excluded from search engines until the first statute is signed.

Still being written

These statutes carry deadlines that are not yet in the calendar. We would rather show you the gap than fill it with dates we have not had reviewed.
