Which of the nine laws apply to us?
Applicability turns on headcount, listing status, whether women work night shifts, and the states you operate in. Answer three questions and we will tell you which obligations bite — and which thresholds we are not yet willing to state.
Your answers never leave this page. This runs entirely in your browser. There is no endpoint behind it, nothing is stored, and you do not have to give us an email to see the result. We would rather build it that way than ask you to trust a promise.

The thresholds we can state today
- PoSH — Ten or more workers at a workplace Section 4(1)
Thresholds we will not guess
These statutes have applicability thresholds, and several vary by state. We have not encoded them because our counsel has not signed them off, and a checker that returns a confident wrong answer about whether a law applies to you is worse than one that admits the gap.
