Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which the EECly service is provided — that is a separate signed agreement between Annotatory AI Projects Private Limited and your employer.
This page is awaiting legal review and is excluded from search engines until our counsel has signed it off.

1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Annotatory AI Projects Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms cover your use of eecly.com — reading it, contacting us through it, and requesting a demonstration.
They do not govern the EECly service itself. Where an employer subscribes to EECly, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement covering the service, its availability, commercial terms, liability and the processing of personal data. Nothing on this website varies that agreement, and if anything here conflicts with it, that agreement prevails.
3. The statutory guidance on this site is not legal advice
This site publishes guidance on Indian employee-wellbeing legislation. It is provided for general information. It is not legal advice, it does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and it cannot account for your specific facts — your headcount, your states of operation, your sector or your listing status all change what applies to you.
We publish a page only once a qualified reviewer has signed it off, and every statement carries the provision it comes from so you can check it against the Act yourself. Pages still awaiting review say so and are excluded from search engines. Even so, legislation changes and interpretations differ: obtain advice on your own circumstances before acting.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, quote and share this site with attribution. You may not use it to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with its operation, or misrepresent your identity or your organisation when contacting us.
Automated access is welcome for search and AI indexing within the limits set in our robots.txt.
5. Our content
The content, design and code of this site belong to Annotatory AI Projects Private Limited, except where we say otherwise. Statutory text itself is of course not ours — our compilation, structure and commentary are. Quote us; do not republish a page wholesale as your own.
6. What we contact you about
If you write to us or request a demonstration, we use your details to respond and to arrange that conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list on that basis. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We may change or withdraw any part of it. Service levels for the EECly product live in the subscription agreement, not here.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above changes when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
